Software Support Representative

Job Description

Telephone support of church software.  Train customers one-to-one or in groups. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.  Readily understand accounting and database software.  Use problem-solving and deduction skills to solve customer problems.  Listen patiently and understand customer’s issues and needs to provide solutions.  Display a respectful and serving attitude.  Advise clients on effective procedures using CMS software. 



B.A. or B.S. degree.

1-2 years of relevant work experience desirable.

Familiar with configuration of small networks and Microsoft Certification a plus.

Comfortable with accounting software and practices.
